Temporary & Short Term Rentals

Many of our Vacation Rentals are available for temporary & short term rentals. Our Vacation Rentals make great "Winter Texans" rentals or for those who are on business in the area for a short time or for those "in-between" housing. Most of our Vacation Rentals are only available for temporary and short term rentals during the "Off-Season" (from October 1st till February 28th), however, depending on the situation, they may be available during other times.

All of our Vacation Rentals are located in Spicewood, Texas which is 35 miles NorthWest of Austin (between Austin & Marble Falls off of Hwy 71). Rates, terms, pets, etc. are negotiable and based on the length of rental, numbers of renters, type of pet, etc. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
